We want you to feel confident in your Dova Pryce purchase. If your piece isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer an exchange within 30 days of delivery.

EXCHANGES

We accept exchanges for a different size or another available piece within 30 days of delivery, provided that the item is:

• Unworn and in its original condition

• Free from signs of wear, damage, or alteration

• Returned with its original packaging

To keep exchanges accessible for our small business, return shipping to Dova Pryce is the customer’s responsibility. You may choose the shipping method that works best for you. We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as Dova Pryce cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll cover the shipping cost to send your exchanged piece back to you.

Please note that exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested size or piece is unavailable, we’ll work with you to find the best available option.

HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE

Email us at dovaprycejewelry@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• The item you’d like to exchange

• The size or piece you’d like instead

We’ll reply with the return instructions and next steps.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for the exchange process to be completed once your return has been received.

 

CUSTOM PIECES

Custom and personalized pieces are not eligible for exchange, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

 

SALE ITEMS

Sale items are eligible for exchange unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Items purchased with a discount of 40% or more are final sale and are not eligible for exchange.

 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your piece arrives damaged or you believe there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us at dovaprycejewelry@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and photos of the issue.

We’ll review the issue and, if the item is determined to be defective or damaged upon arrival, we’ll take care of the return and replacement shipping costs.

As a small independent jewelry brand, we’re grateful for your understanding that we’re not able to cover every return shipping cost. Our goal is to make exchanges as simple and fair as possible while continuing to offer thoughtfully made pieces at their best possible price.
