RETURNS

You may return your piece within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided that the item is:

Unworn and in its original condition
Free from signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Returned with its original packaging

Return shipping is on us. Contact us to request a return and we’ll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed once received.

SIZE EXCHANGES

If your ring isn’t the right size, we offer free size exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Contact us and we’ll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Once we receive and inspect your original piece, we’ll send your new size at no additional cost.

Size exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested size is unavailable, we’ll work with you to find the best available option.

EXCHANGES FOR ANOTHER PIECE

If you’d like to exchange your item for another piece, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to availability.

If the new piece is priced differently from your original purchase, we’ll provide you with the next steps when processing your request.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Your order number
The item you’d like to return or exchange
For a size exchange, the size you’d like instead

We’ll reply with your prepaid return shipping label and next steps.

CUSTOM PIECES

Custom and personalized pieces are not eligible for return or exchange, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

SALE ITEMS

Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your piece arrives damaged or you believe there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us at dovaprycejewelry@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and photos of the issue.

We’ll review the issue and, if the item is determined to be defective or damaged upon arrival, we’ll take care of the return and replacement shipping costs.

EUROPEAN RETURN POLICY
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Customers located in the European Union have a legal 14-day period from the date of delivery to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide a reason.

Dova Pryce voluntarily extends this period and accepts returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined above.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with their original packaging. Return shipping is covered by Dova Pryce.

In the event of a withdrawal, Dova Pryce will refund the purchase price of the item as well as the original standard shipping costs, in accordance with applicable regulations. Refunds will be issued within the timeframe required by applicable law.

2-YEAR LEGAL GUARANTEE

In accordance with European consumer protection law, customers located in the European Union benefit from a 2-year legal guarantee covering defects in conformity that existed at the time of delivery.

This guarantee does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse or improper care.
